Liquid acidifying agent for the production of wheat-rye, rye-wheat and rye bread.


  • Combination of wholegrain rye kvass and acetic acidIt allows for higher acidity and therefore a lower dosage compared to the yeast itself.
  • Does not contain any added substances.
  • It provides the bread with aromatic substances and the necessary acidity even at a lower dosage.

   Dosage: 5 % on flour weight

  Packaging: 12 kg (plastic canister)

   Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture if storage conditions are maintained
