Strenghts:

  • Shortening and simplifying production
  • Provides elastic non-sticky doughs
  • Significantly improves dough yield and stability during rising
  • Increases the duty cycle porosity and thus the total volume of products
  • Significantly extends the shelf life of products

   Dosage: 40 % : 75 % wheat flour

  Packaging: 10 kg / ks (plastic container with lid)

   Shelf life: 4 months from the date of manufacture in a sealed package at temperatures of 2 – 8°C
