A wide range of sourdoughs, yeast and other bakery materials, technologies and services proves that Lesaffre is a true expert in its field. Along with the Baking Center™ network services, Lesaffre is a reliable partner for all craft and industrial bakeries.

Taste and pleasure of food

Yeast also plays a key role in the food industry. Lesaffre produces natural aromatic molecules, such as vanillin, which are not only used in the agri-food industry,but can also be used in the cosmetics and perfume industry. It also develops yeast extracts to improve the flavours and nutritional properties of foods and also supplies sourdoughs and its derivatives used in the production of beer, wine and spirits.
