Wheat Sourdough

Liquid wheat sourdough, produced by natural fermentation process. Ready for direct use – does not need any refreshment.

   Dosage: 2-20 % on flour weight

  Packaging: 10 kg (plastic bucket with a lid) / 1000 kg IBC container

   Shelf life: 6 months from the date of manufacture in the original sealed packaging. Store closed in temperatures between 2-8 °C.
