Liquid sourdough based acidifier for the production of wheat-rye, rye-wheat and rye bread.

Benefits:

  • Provides bread with the necessary acidic substances and aroma
  • Improves the baking properties of rye flour
  • Significantly reduces the time it takes to make bread
  • Lactic acid and acetic acid content protects bread from premature mold and threadiness

   Dosage: 1-3 % on flour weight

   Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture in the original sealed packaging, if kept at 2-25 °C.
