Dark liquid sourdough based acidifier for the production of wheat-rye, rye-wheat and rye bread.

   Dosage: 1-4 % on flour weight

  Packaging: 11 kg plastic canister

   Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture in the original sealed packaging, if kept at 2-25 °C.
