Wholegrain Mix

Premix for the production of wholemeal wheat-rye bread, containing dietetic valuable flour from the ancient varieties of cereals (wild rye, single- and double-grain wheat). The composition of the bread meets modern requirements (rich in fibre, minerals and B-group vitamins). The products have a pleasant and balanced taste thanks to the barley malt and candied and caramelized sugar. The bread can be displayed and sold as wholemeal (the premix contains 88 % wholegrain mill products).
